Sodium Phosphate Anhydrous is used as an emulsifying agent in food industry for processed cheese and as thickening & leavening agent for baked items. It is a salt of sodium & phosphate which is also known to have ability to provide relief from constipation. In water & effluent treatment plants, this chemical is utilized as softener and as anti-corrosive compound. Sodium Phosphate Anhydrous is an inorganic compound with hygroscopic nature and can be synthesized by neutralizing phosphoric acid with sodium hydroxide.
